Refund policy

At Merge Culture, we take pride in the quality of our products.  if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return: 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked "final sale"

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style?  We  offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).  To request an exchange, contact us before returning your item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We'll provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Right to Modify Policy

Merge Culture reserves the right to modify or update this Right & Refund at any time.  Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.  Orders placed prior to policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merge Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising from purchases made through Merge Culture shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
